Structured school settings are seeking compassionate paraprofessionals to provide individualized support to students in a one-on-one or small-group capacity. This flexible position offers shifts based on school coverage needs, ideal for professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on students’ academic, behavioral, and social development.

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Assist with 1:1 or small group instruction as directed by teachers and school personnel
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Provide support with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

• High school diploma or GED
• Active Para Pro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or a minimum of 36 college credits
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test completed per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start date

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT considered a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative team approach
