We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and collaborative candidate to join our team as a Procurement Project Manager (Associate Level). If you love solving complex problems, working with data, and leading cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable results—this is your launchpad.

In this role, you won’t just support projects—you’ll help lead them. You’ll drive strategic sourcing initiatives that generate meaningful cost savings
, improve supplier performance, and optimize total cost of ownership. Your work will directly impact the bottom line while strengthening supply resilience and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a Procurement Project Manager, you’ll plan and lead projects that shape how our supply chain operates. From improving processes to managing product transitions, you’ll be at the center of initiatives that drive value across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead small‑to‑moderate projects from kickoff to delivery
  • Support supply chain transitions while minimizing cost and customer disruption
  • Build business cases, project plans, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Ensure accurate and timely ERP system setup and updates
  • Define success metrics with project sponsors and track value delivery
  • Identify risks early and recommend mitigation plans
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights
  • Deliver projects that meet financial and performance targets
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for improvement

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Experience successfully managing multiple small to moderate projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management methodologies, software, and communications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to varying levels of the organization
  • Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of product costs and business team process
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced, customer‑focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, frequent ambiguity, and multiple competing priorities
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude
  • Dynamic, self‑motivated, ability to cope with pressure, and comfort with ambiguity
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, supply chain, operations, project management or related field of study
  • PMP certification
  • Exposure to supply chain and other business disciplines (purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, R&D, etc.) in previous positions or project work
  • SAP experience
  • Demonstrated success managing the planning, implementation and tracking of moderate to large scale projects from initiation to completion, delivered on time and within budget, procurement focused preferred
  • Experience with a range of project management methodologies, software, and communications
  • Superior presentation and communication skills to all levels of the organization
  • Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tactical understanding of product costs and business team process
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced, customer‑focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, frequent ambiguity, and multiple competing priorities
