Talent Acquisition Specialist

Doetsch Environmental Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help keep our crews staffed and our jobs moving. This role manages full-cycle recruiting for field operations, shop operations, and support positions in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment and reports directly to the General Manager. You’ll handle job postings, screening, interview coordination, and work directly with hiring managers who need dependable people ready to show up and get the job done.
