Dealership Aftersales Specialist

Hiring an Aftersales Specialist to support the US Sales Operations team, focusing on Aftersales Strategy. The role involves coordination with Regions/Field Teams and Suppliers, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing consultation and resolution for Aftersales initiatives supporting non-Field and 360 Multi-Point Dealers.
• Facilitating and presenting training with new Aftersales Field teams and HQ SME support.

• Updating Regional Service Teams on TAC AC Cases, Shipments, Connected Services Deactivations, and summarizing recent changes.
• Supporting BFU Certification through GM Retail Support and GM Global Warranty.
• Organizing and operationalizing Technician Training and Engagement.

• Supporting program needs of Teams and Suppliers.
• Updating program details through Suppliers for Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, and Decals.
• Managing enrollment and activation of new Dealers to the program, including paperwork and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult discussions and deliver hard news.
• Strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of automotive experience (any auto experience acceptable).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is sufficient.
