Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $17 per hour.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
Stellar Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Receive and process claim forms.
- Update data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Check the held packet and confirm claim numbers are in the system.
- Complete claim repair once the number is confirmed.
- Returned packets & forms back to coordinators.
- Email completed spreadsheet for approval.
- Scan tickets & tolls to clients.
- Log titles & COVs and Fed Ex them to the title company.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- Must have great organizational skills.
- Microsoft Suite experience.
- Must be able to multitask.
- A keen eye for detail.
- At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Drivers will primarily be driving or riding inside team vehicles with at least 6 members, so applicants must be okay with sitting for most of the time.
- Ability to get in and out of all sizes of vehicles.
