Logistics Coordinator

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing high-value, time-critical shipments for a U.S. Air Force customer. This position combines responsibilities across transportation and logistics, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You will support and develop processes, strategies, and disciplines related to transportation services, while managing the initiation, processing, and follow-up of urgent orders.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing service provider performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating transportation risks, and maintaining accurate order tracking. The role also involves building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers to drive efficiency and innovative solutions. Required Skills & Experience

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.

Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Familiarity with air freight processes and inventory management tools.

Excellent communication skills for customer and vendor coordination.

Ability to work shift time:
Shift Hours :
Second shift, 1:30pm - 12:00am

Shift Days :
Wednesday to Saturday ( OFF Sunday, Monday, Tuesday )

Schedule : 10 hour shifts, 4x a week - MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS

Compensation:

$22 to $31

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
