Delivery Specialist

Overview

Join O’Reilly Auto Parts as a Delivery Specialist and help keep our customers happy by safely delivering vehicles, processing payments and handling returns.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use fleet‑management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, secure fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices and collected money.
• Pick up customer returns (new, warranty etc.) and complete return slips.
• Communicate customer issues to store management and report maintenance needs, accidents or damage.
• Lock and secure vehicle at end of day, and clock in/out according to company policy.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, core returns and occasional cashier duties as business requires.

• State driver’s license and a company‑approved 14/18‑point driving record.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and quick mental processing of alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and light store equipment (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (highly desired).
