Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate staff and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with way finding, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through established channels;
Complete required reports and documentation, communicate updates during shift turnover, and cooperate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal supervision to support site operations
