Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, located in Warner Robins, GA. The chosen candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries about vehicle sales and services, and assist with appointment scheduling. Responsibilities will also include managing customer follow-ups and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective communication.
Qualifications- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Satisfaction techniques
- Sales experience, with the ability to handle inquiries and convert leads effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a professional attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
