Koniag Integration Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support KINS and our government customer. This position is in office. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a SECRET Level Clearance.

Job Summary

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with associated military specifications requirements. Also requires knowledge of all aspects of technical manual production and understanding of quality assurance/control.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to: ( Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.)

  • Review aircraft/commodity technical manuals for adherence to the TO military specification.
  • Communicate and report findings to the appropriate point of contact of the publication internal or customer.
  • Authorized access to classified information; active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. Complete assigned work with direction, review and guidance from experienced peers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required, some college or technical training preferred.
  • Experience with technical data.

Required Skills and

Competencies:

  • Strong communication and publishing or graphics software skills.
  • Ability to review illustrations for accuracy.
  • Ability to support projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Dependable attendance.

Desired Skills and

Competencies:

  • Experience with DoD in a Military, civilian, or contract position supporting DoD programs.
  • Experience in preparation of aircraft/commodity technical manuals and a through working knowledge of TO military specifications.
  • Knowledge of TO production process.

Security Requirement:

  • Candidates must be a US Citizen with the ability to be approved for an active Secret Level Clearance.

Office Location and Travel

This position is an in-office position located in Warner Robins, GA.

Travel will not be required.
