Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer Outreach role based in Warner Robins, GA. Responsibilities include coordinating volunteer recruitment, managing outreach programs, building relationships with community partners, and organizing volunteer events. The role also involves conducting community research to identify service needs, maintaining strong communication with volunteers and stakeholders, and promoting the organization’s mission through written materials and public engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing, including creating clear and impactful messaging for outreach and engagement.
  • Experience in Community Outreach and Customer Service to effectively engage with volunteers, partners, and the community.
  • Ability to conduct Research to identify community needs and potential opportunities for collaboration.
  • Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations and a passion for serving communities in need is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Communications, Public Relations) is preferred but not mandatory.
