General Manager - Title Max - Warner Robins, GA
As a General Manager (GM), you’ll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. CompensationHourly pay rate: $19.25, eligible for performance bonuses. This base pay is part of our Total Compensation package.

– Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage overall store performance, meeting or exceeding company standards.
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members; train on systems, company standards, account management, collections, job duties, and performance reports.
- Lead local marketing strategies, B2B partnership opportunities, referrals, community and in‑store events to grow revenue.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions; assess risk within established limits.
- Enforce quality standards, procedures, and local/state laws; participate in audits and compliance reviews.
- Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention; verify and document cash overages/shortages, vault inventory, deposits, and expenses.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures; train new staff in keyholder duties.
- Participate in hiring, review, and retention of new employees.
- Develop work schedules per budget and store needs; ensure optimal staffing.
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain store appearance, address facility needs, schedule maintenance, oversee planogram and promotional displays; perform external marketing duties.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
- Maintain a full‑time schedule with regular, in‑person attendance, including weekends; minimum 40 hours per week.
- Store hours and minimum hours may change; discuss with recruiter.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required; results considered per applicable law.
- Must meet physical demands: standing up to 90% of the time; moving/transporting up to 25 pounds; operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
