Senior SIGINT System Engineer – Warner Robins, GA

ECS is seeking a highly qualified Senior SIGINT System Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self‑motivated, and be innovative in a fast‑paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

The candidate will be involved with product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS) development and support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance software, and Mission Support (MS) business lines. The role includes evaluating current systems, planning large‑scale system projects, purchasing, installing, and supporting network communications, including LAN/WAN systems.

• Perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior staff.
• Manage DCGS SIGINT applications and systems.
• Administer and maintain Windows, Windows Server, and Red Hat.
• Utilize automation tools such as Puppet Enterprise, Ansible, Power Shell, Python, Bash, and scripting.
• Use Atlassian tool suites including Jira, Bit Bucket, Nexus, and Jenkins.
• Employ virtualization technologies such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• US Citizenship required per contract
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering
• Security+CE Certification
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) applications and systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, SIGINT application software, system management tools, and troubleshooting Linux‑based environments.
• Experience monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifying solutions, and working with developers to implement fixes.
• Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Experience with automation software including Puppet Enterprise, Ansible, Power Shell, Python, Bash, and scripting.
• Experience with Atlassian tool suite including Jira, Bit Bucket, Nexus, and Jenkins.
• Experience with virtualization technologies including VMWare.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.

• 5+ years’ experience working on DoD programs.
• Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt them.
