Position: Program Manger with Security Clearance
Peerless Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support a critical C2

ISR (Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) weapon systems program. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders within the United States Air Force (USAF) and Intelligence Community (IC).
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of working independently, managing competing priorities, and navigating classified program environments with precision and professionalism. Prior experience supporting or managing expired Authorizations to Operate (ATO) is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all program management functions, ensuring timely coordination of contract activities, deliverables, and stakeholder reporting.

• Provide strategic planning, oversight, and execution of key program initiatives in alignment with USAF and IC directives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant security, cybersecurity, and operational standards, including ISSO support and program protection requirements.

• Manage and coordinate site visits, program reviews, and readiness assessments, ensuring all activities maintain an appropriate operational security posture.

• Prepare and submit weekly program status updates, consolidating contractor inputs and providing clear, concise reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

• Support the development and continuous improvement of program protection artifacts such as the Program Protection Plan and Security Classification Guides (SCG).

• Conduct reviews of classified and sensitive documentation, providing classification recommendations backed by solid rationale.

• Provide recommendations and guidance to strengthen the protection of critical C2

ISR system information throughout the program lifecycle.

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

• IAM Level II certification (e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP [or Associate], GSLC, CCISO)

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an IT or cybersecurity-related environment

• At least 2 years of experience working with Intelligence Community IT security controls and documentation
Highly Desired:

• Experience managing or supporting expired ATOs, including reauthorization strategies and documentation

• Previous program or project management experience within the C2

ISR domain

• Familiarity with USAF and IC regulatory frameworks, including RMF (Risk Management Framework), NIST standards, and DoD cybersecurity policy
