Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza – Warner Robins, GA

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people.
• Positive attitude and strong motivation skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctual, professional attitude with customers and co‑workers.
• Minimum age 18 years.
