DMAero, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist with strong Quick Books experience to join our growing aerospace and defense‑focused team. This position is available immediately and offers competitive pay, benefits, and long‑term stability with a well‑established government contracting firm.

• Daily accounting operations using Quick Books
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Invoicing and payment tracking
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with company policies
• Supporting audits and internal financial reporting as needed
• Collaborating with management and finance leadership

• Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills
• Experience in government contracting or aerospace/defense accounting is a plus (not required)
