Accountancy & Finance Recruiter |

White Horse are partnering with a growing and forward‑moving organisation to recruit a Finance Manager to join their Finance Team. This is a newly created, part‑time role supporting finance operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on payroll and core financial duties. The role offers long‑term growth potential and could develop into a full‑time position depending on business requirements.

The salary range advertised is based on a full‑time equivalent (FTE) and will be pro‑rated for this part‑time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions to HMRC and pension providers
  • Support month‑end routines, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
  • Monitor budgets and provide guidance to budget holders
  • Process income, credit card transactions, and purchase invoices accurately
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
  • Provide general finance support across multiple sites and ad hoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a finance role
  • Accounting qualification or QBE essential
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and keen to develop within a growing finance function
