The Guest Services team handles the check‑in of around 4,000 guests twice a week at each Village and is the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns and issues at any time of day or year. Each Guest Services team is integral to delivering an experience that will exceed guests’ expectations, from the moment they drive into Center Parcs until the moment they leave.
Job Responsibilities- Provide guests with advice, answering queries and resolving problems.
- Handle guest complaints and expertly escalating issues where necessary.
- Check guests in at our Arrivals Lodge.
- Handle enquiries on our Maintenance Helpdesk.
- Book activities on our leisure booking system.
- Report faults to the Technical Services and Housekeeping departments.
- Deal with guests over the telephone and face‑to‑face while maintaining excellent communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.
- Works well with others in a team.
- Previous experience working in a similar role or environment.
The contract requires 64 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Shift times vary but most work is between 7:30 am and 10:15 pm, primarily on Mondays and Fridays. Working hours will also cover public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
