We are looking for an ambitious individual who enjoys leading teams. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. General

Job Duties For All Store Team Members
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily.
Training
  • Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
  • Accurate and quick calculation (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and monetary change.
  • Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
  • Input orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigate maps and locate addresses within delivery area.
  • Manage adverse terrain and carry product during delivery.

Lifting
  • Unload bulk product deliveries with hand truck.
  • Handle cases weighing up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'.
  • Lift and stack cases onto shelves up to 72".
Carrying
  • Carry large cans (approx. 3 lb 7 oz).
  • Carry pizza sauce (up to 30 lb).
  • Carry trays of dough (~12 lb each, up to three at a time).
  • Carry pizzas and beverages during delivery.
Pushing
  • Move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force.
  • Pull trays as needed.
Climbing
  • Navigate stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
  • Frequent stair travel during delivery.
Stooping / Bending
  • Forward bending at pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds repeatedly.
  • Forward bending at front counter and stocking.
Crouching / Squatting

Occasional crouch to stock shelves or clean low areas.

Reaching
  • Reach up, down, and forward; sometimes above 72" to control ovens or change signs.
  • Reach down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
  • Reach forward for ingredients, cleaning, or phone use.
Driving
  • Deliver pizzas and flyers within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
Hand Tasks
  • Eye‑hand coordination during assembly, dough shaping, pizza peel handling.
  • Pinching in pizza box assembly.
  • Grasping cans, phones, cutters, and boxes.
