Hours:

24 hours

Shift: Night shift, 11:15 pm – 11:15 am with weekend and holiday rotation

Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $9,200 New Hire Sign‑On Bonus.

Sign‑On Details:

• $9,000 new hire sign‑on with 3+ years of ED RN experience
• $7,200 new hire sign‑on with 1–3 years of ED RN experience
• $6,000 new hire sign‑on with 1+ years of hospital RN experience or 1 year experience are eligible

Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or a designated designee, the RN performs duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. The RN has the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to patients of all ages.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent (required)
• Experience preferred: 3‑12 months up to and including one year
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement of exemption (required at hire)

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay range: USD $40.35 – $71.76 per hour

Every other weekend and every other holiday
