We are searching for a talented Team Lead
- Environmental Services - EOC.

Hours:

40hrs.

Shift: Day shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation.

Location:

Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA.

Under the direction of the Manager, Environmental Services-EOC or designee, this individual will take pride and ownership of their regional facilities and will provide high quality and responsive support services. This person will partner with support service leadership to ensure collaboration and coordination of the frontline teams to provide the highest level of service for Southcoast's patients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities include directing and supervising assigned personnel and activities, maintaining high standards, and ensuring completion of assigned work.

Responsible for the daily EVS program of the regional facilities to ensure all areas are cleaned in accordance with the Southcoast EVS program and infection control guidelines.

• Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent of five (5) years of Environmental Services experience; three (3) years' experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $32.58 - USD $54.81 /Hr. Rotation

Schedule:

every other weekend/holiday.
