A leading artisan chocolate company is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Technician to join their team in Wareham, Dorset. In this role, you will report to the Technical Manager and ensure that all products meet high food safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong HACCP knowledge, and good communication skills.

This full-time position offers a salary between £28,000 and £30,000.
