GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Wareham. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to students with sensory and speech difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom. The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum with a strong focus on outdoor learning, life skills, the arts, and preparation for adulthood.

Students may have additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, or medical conditions. The whole-school emphasis on communication, independence, and personal development ensures pupils are well-prepared for their next stage in life.
