About the RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in home health, you will provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. You will work flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN schedules—including days, nights, and weekends—aligned with your availability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation using Aveanna’s tablet system.
- Collaborate with the home health team, clinicians, and operators to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
- Adhere to all Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component).
- TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
