Our Certified Business Line offers both short-term and long-term care services for individuals covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay. We serve a diverse patient population of all ages, including those with chronic conditions, behavioral health challenges, and skilled nursing needs.
Available services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Home Health Aide Services. The caring team visits clients in their own homes to provide medical and non‑medical assistance tailored to each patient’s needs.
Position OverviewJoin Aveanna Healthcare as Home Maker (HM). In this role you will provide personal care, selected treatment procedures, minimal household tasks, and occasional meal preparation under the guidance of a Registered Nurse for individuals with special needs in their homes.

- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
- Plan meals, shop for groceries, prepare and serve meals, and clean up afterward.
- Communicate verbally with clients, family members, and Recover Health staff professionally.
- Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
- Encourage self‑help activities.
- Report and document services and changes in client condition to the office.
- Maintain clinical record documentation per Recover Health policy, procedures, and regulations.
- Apply attention to detail, time management, problem‑solving and conflict resolution, and good organization and communication skills.
- Speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Travel as needed.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
- Walk, sit, and climb stairs.
- Have adequate vision, hearing, and sense of smell and touch.
- Reposition patients and move equipment without assistance.
- Respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in home or during transport.
- Work in diverse settings that may involve allergens and other conditions.
- Potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.

- 18 years old or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
- Minimum one‑year experience in Home Health Care or Long‑Term Care.
