Overview
Monson Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our Ware Branch located at 136 West Street, Ware, MA. The CSA role is a teller and customer service position with approximately 37.5 hours weekly, Monday-Saturday; must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM. Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customer deposits, withdrawals, payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and related administrative duties.
- Understand and maintain the Bank's standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Sells and cross-sells Bank products and services.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and math aptitude
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a computer and to learn, retain and follow complex regulatory and security requirements
