Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ignition Developer based in Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The Ignition Developer will design, develop, and implement applications on the Ignition SCADA platform. The role involves collaborating with engineers, analysts, and clients to identify requirements, building and refining advanced HMIs, improving database and script functionalities, and ensuring continuous system enhancements. Additionally, the developer will participate in troubleshooting, deployments, and system maintenance.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Ignition SCADA platform development, HMI-Design, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Database management expertise, including SQL queries and database design
- Understanding of IoT frameworks, industrial communication protocols, and automation systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining SCADA applications
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
