Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle data entry tasks with precision.
- Provide clients with information about our services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle billing, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with veterinary management software is a plus.

The base hourly range for this position is $17.00-$20.00/hour. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
