In this influential role, you will have strategic oversight of asset management, capital investment, building safety, compliance, energy efficiency and newbuild development.

Youlllead multidisciplinary teams across assets, development,compliance and design, ensuring our homes are safe,sustainable and fit for the future while driving innovation, value for money andlongterminvestment. Were looking for someone who:
Has extensive senior leadership experience across housing assets, maintenance,complianceor residential development. Brings strong strategic,commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track recordof delivering complex programmes. Has deep knowledge of building safety, regulatorycomplianceand property standards, with the credibility to lead in a highly regulated environment. Is an engaging and collaborative leader who inspires high performance and builds strong partnerships. Communicates with confidence,integrity and a clearvaluesdrivenapproach.
