Senior Project Manager

Location: Clapham Junction

This well-established and highly successful contractor who’s looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead a £70m residential scheme in Clapham.

Experience:

Solid experience delivering large residential projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

A proven track record of bringing complex schemes in on time and within budget

Confident leadership skills, with the ability to manage site teams, consultants, and subcontractors

Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients and senior stakeholders

A good working knowledge of health & safety and regulatory requirements

Comfortable using project management and reporting tools

The role will involve:

Taking overall responsibility for the project and leading the delivery team

Producing and managing programmes, budgets, and project plans

Overseeing all stages of the build, from pre-construction through to handover

Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

Identifying risks early and putting solutions in place

Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with current regulations
