We are seeking an experienced and organised HR Assistant to join a busy secondary school in Wandsworth on a fixed-term basis. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting the day-to-day running of the school’s HR function.

Role Details

* Position: HR Assistant

* Location:

Wandsworth (onsite only)

* Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30

* Start date:

23 February 2026

* End date: 27 March 2026

* There is potential for the contract to be extended

Key Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an HR role within a school environment

* Strong understanding of HR processes in an educational setting

* CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) desirable

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally

* Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
