This role will be based out of our brand‑new World of Hearing store, a concept that focuses on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer‑centric environment. The store offers an immersive experience that enhances the journey for individuals seeking hearing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide innovative hearing aid solutions, showcasing the latest advancements in technology.
- Conduct interactive experiences where customers explore hearing solutions and receive hands‑on demonstrations.
- Deliver personalised consultations to ensure each customer receives the most suitable hearing care solution based on individual needs.
- Perform comprehensive hearing assessments, including advanced tests and evaluations to diagnose hearing issues accurately.
- Educate and support patients with resources and services that promote hearing health and informed decision‑making.
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to explore hearing care options comfortably.
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
- Car allowance of £5,064 in addition to the basic salary.
- Competitive salary of approximately £43,000 DOE, plus a monthly bonus.
