Oak Lodge School is a special school with a residential provision for students with hearing, speech, language and communication needs aged 10-19.

• Join our admin team as a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated and flexible person with good HR skills.
• Work well in a team and on your own initiative to provide an efficient and accurate service.
• Communicate in a friendly, clear and effective manner.
• Have experience of working in a school; ARBOR experience is desirable and training will be provided.
• Help support administrative duties as part of the school operations.
• Access to a friendly, supportive working environment with CDP opportunities.

• Experience of working in a school environment is preferred.
• Good HR skills and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and external partners.
• AROR training is available; prior ARBOR experience is desirable.
