A busy Walton-on-Thames branch is looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Negotiator to join a successful team. If you’ve got solid sales experience and love the buzz of winning business, building relationships and closing deals, this is a proper career move - not just a job.

OTE £40,000 - £45,000 (competitive basic + commission structure)

What you’ll be doing

Registering applicants and matching buyers to properties
Booking and carrying out viewings
Building rapport quickly and handling negotiations confidently
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
Progressing sales from offer to completion with pace and accuracy
Working to targets and contributing to a high-energy, team-focused office
What we need from you

Must have sales experience (any sector - estate agency not essential)
Full UK driving licence + your own car
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Positive, proactive, hungry to learn and earn
Professional, organised and resilient under pressure
