OverviewWe are looking for a customer‑focused, target‑driven individual to join us as a Sales Adviser. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business in the Shepperton property market. If you have a passion for sales, property and delivering outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in the property industry.
Responsibilities- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met.
- Act as custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities.
- Communicate proactively with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software.
- Fulfill call‑out campaigns targeted at properties for sale.
- Attend morning meetings with valuation pipeline updates.
- Lead canvassing strategy as Canvassing Champion.
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager.
- Manage Rightmove and On The Market valuation opportunities.
- Respond to intranet leads daily.
- Communicate with LOTS customers frequently.
- Generate referral business through customer engagement.
- Engage in local canvassing, phone prospecting, leaflet distribution, social media.
- Take inbound calls and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, financial services.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle in good condition and business insurance.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work (passport or birth certificate).
- One week at Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
- Industry‑leading training delivered one‑to‑one and group sessions.
- Full‑paid hotel stay during training (depending on travel).
- Second week at the L&D Centre within first five‑to‑six weeks.
- £25,000 basic salary.
- Target earnings of £42,000 per year.
- Additional commission scheme.

- Full‑time hours: 8:30am‑6pm four weekdays and 9am‑5pm Saturday.
