Milk Education is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate KS1 primary teacher for an exciting temp-to-perm role in a welcoming and supportive primary school. Teaching a primary class (EYFS / KS1 depending on experience).

Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing.

Working closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and the wider school team.

Supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND and additional learning requirements.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time with additional planning and preparation responsibilities.

Temp-to-perm :
After 12 successful weeks through Milk Education, the role moves directly to a school contract.

Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent.

Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Milk Education).

Commitment to delivering inclusive teaching and supporting children of all abilities.
