• Customer Service:
  Arranging bookings and appointments, talking to customers face to face and on the phone, and communicating with the customer throughout the time their vehicle is with us.
• Administration:
  Completion of relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records, preparation of invoices, processing of warranty claims.
• Teamwork:
  Liaison with workshop and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Promotion:
  Assisting with the sale of accessories and service plans.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team and embark on a long-term career, with excellent earning and progression opportunities once the apprenticeship is completed.

• Training provided via a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at a state-of-the-art training centre.
• Successful applicants must travel to the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes to complete apprenticeship training. All training-related costs are fully covered (travel, accommodation, meals).
• Your personal, dedicated mentor will support continued learning in the workplace.
• This is a fully rounded training experience with apprenticeship qualifications and brand certifications.

• On successful completion of the one-year programme, you will receive:
• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard
• Brand specific certifications

Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales:
Framework

• Level 2 / Level 5 Customer Service Apprenticeship
• Brand specific certifications

Volkswagen Group (VWG) is one of the UK’s largest car retailers with brands such as Audi, Bentley, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen, and more. Career opportunities across the network are diverse. On completion, earnings for a Customer Service Advisor typically range between £20,000 and £30,000. Some apprentices advance to team leaders, managers, or roles at the VWG Head Office in Milton Keynes.

• GCSE grades 9–4 (A–C) or equivalent in English, Maths and one other subject.
• In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve Scottish National 5 Grades A–C in English, Maths and either a Science or Technical subject.
• Equivalent qualifications include: BTEC first diplomas and certificates, OCR Nationals, Key Skills Level 2, NVQs.
• Essential Skills (Wales):
  Functional Skills Level 2
• Core Skills (Scotland)

We accept predicted grades and may offer conditional admission based on those predictions.

Outgoing, confident, and approachable with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
