Salary
: up to £40,000 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply).

• Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
• Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
• Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influence occupancy and stay compliant.
• Identify the training needs of team members, working with them to develop plans for their future.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Maths GCSE
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Experience in a nursery setting
