This role is office-based, fast paced and target-driven. It suits someone who values routine, organisation and follow-through, and who feels comfortable working to clear expectations.

Here is how one of our Employment Advisors describes a typical day:

“Every day, I work with people joining the Programme. I support individuals from all walks of life, including professionals, carers, school and college leavers, people with limited English, and people experiencing homelessness.

No matter someone’s starting point, the focus is on breaking barriers, rebuilding confidence and creating real routes back into employment. Seeing people grow, progress and succeed is what motivates me.

My day includes carrying out detailed assessments, understanding each person’s situation and providing tailored support. This might involve:

  • CV and interview support

  • Job search and application guidance

  • Mock interviews

  • Linking people to specialist services or homelessness support

  • Helping with practical barriers such as travel costs for interviews
