Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector Division
📍 Wanstead / Office based
💼 Full-time | Monday-Friday 40 hours per week

We have a new oppertunity here at One World Recruitment Ltd, a leading supplier of talent to local authorities and public sector organisations across the UK.

What you’ll be doing :

* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to client delivery and placement management

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers

* Writing engaging job adverts and attracting top-tier candidates across multiple platforms

* Negotiating offers, managing compliance, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

* Working closely with our dedicated admin and compliance team to ensure a first-class service

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previous recruitment experience (public sector experience preferred but not essential)

* Is confident speaking to clients and candidates alike, with a proactive and positive attitude

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working towards targets

* Is highly organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated

* Brings a genuine passion for helping people find meaningful work
