As the School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting educational goals while ensuring the smooth operation of the school, working closely with the SLT.
What You'll Do:
As the School Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources
Human Resources:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff management, fostering a positive workplace culture
Facilities Management:
Ensure the school environment is safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective school improvement strategies
Compliance:
Maintain adherence to all educational regulations and policies, ensuring the school meets its obligations
