Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 – Under 2s)

Contract: Full-time

We are looking for a caring, dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 qualified) to join our friendly and nurturing nursery in East London
, working primarily with children under the age of 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and understands the importance of providing a safe, stimulating, and loving environment during a child’s earliest years.

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–2 years
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Carry out observations, assessments, and progress records
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment at all times
• Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
• Proven experience working with children under 2
• A sound understanding of the EYFS
