As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you’ll embark on a fulfilling journey that enhances both your life and the lives of your clients. With the support of two dedicated managers, you’ll develop a personalized approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning. Together, we’ll redefine the science of fitness and the art of living!

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Build and nurture an active client base.
• Manage your schedule, ensuring accurate appointments and availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Enhance member experiences through engaging interactions.
• Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

• Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise.
• Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program).
• Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• A passion for fitness, ambition, and drive.
• Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session; $15.00/hr for non-session work; potential for additional incentive bonuses.
