We are seeking a highly skilled staff Software Engineer to design and develop complex Windows‑based software systems. The candidate should have expertise in Visual Studio, .Net Framework C#, and multi‑process/inter‑process communication, along with strong problem‑solving skills. This role combines hands‑on architecture and development with technical leadership, mentoring engineers and guiding best practices across the software lifecycle.

What you’ll do- Design scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance systems using .NET framework and C#.
- Architect multi‑process/inter‑process communication(IPC) solutions (e.g., named pipes, sockets, shared memory, WCF or similar)
- Lead hands‑on development using Visual Studio and modern .NET development practices.
- Review code and architecture to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Mentor and guide engineers in design patterns, architecture, and problem‑solving.
- Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision‑making.
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve the platform.
- Strong Experience with large‑scale or mission‑critical Windows applications.
- Expert‑level knowledge of C# and .NET framework.
- Solid understanding of multi‑process architecture and IPC mechanisms.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in Windows development with .Net Framework, C#, XML, TCP/IP, and multithreading.
- The ability to work on a laptop or desktop computer for prolonged periods of time.
- The ability to lift at least 15 lb.
