Job Title:

Service Technician III

Focus Provide advanced diagnostics and technical leadership while supporting the service team in the field.

• Handle complex repairs and escalated service call cases
• Perform advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve challenging issues
• Train, mentor, and support junior technicians
• Lead small projects or specialized service initiatives
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service processes and efficiency
• Serve as a technical resource and point of escalation for the field team

Act as a technical expert and field Team Leader, supporting team development and service excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of progressive service technician/trade experience
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
• Advanced knowledge of equipment, systems, and repair techniques relevant to the trade
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong communication skills with customers, technicians, and leadership
• Ability to lead small projects or specialized service efforts
• Strong commitment to safety compliance and best practices
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if applicable)
• Ability to accurately document work and provide process improvement feedback
