Full & Part Time Security Officers

Location: Waltham, MA

Schedule: 12 hour shifts (6am-6pm or 7am-7pm) Monday-Wednesday FT or Thursday & Friday PT

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Securitas USA is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team in Waltham, MA. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting client property, personnel, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Monitor and patrol assigned client sites on foot and/or by vehicle
• Control access to buildings and property by verifying credentials
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or security breaches
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for certain assignments)
• Valid driver’s license (for driving posts)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
