Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for irregular conditions, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, assisting with crowd control, and coordinating with management and/or first responders as needed;
Complete shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and activity reports, and communicate key information during shift transitions
