**** Sales Development Representative
**** We are seeking a sales development representative (SDR) to develop and support a sales pipeline for our solutions across a number of industrial applications. In this role, you will be a critical member of our growing marketing organization, focusing on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with sales, prospects, customers, and partners. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales representatives for success.
The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way.
**** Day to day activities:
***** Follow up on leads to drive initial customer engagement via email and phone
* Arrange and present introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share background of Boston Dynamics with prospects
* Schedule on-site demonstrations for Sales Managers
* Partner with Sales Managers to identify and engage with strategic accounts within key industries
* Facilitate introductory demonstrations when required
* Maintain pipeline of prospects and maintain regular communication
* Participate in customer-facing video and phone calls
* Understand and be able to communicate the vision for Boston Dynamics robotics solutions
* Assist in back office support to include preparing quotes and follow up documentation
**** Preferences and Requirements:
***** Bachelor’s degree
* 1 year of sales experience in a technology environment preferred
* Technically savvy with demonstrated ability to learn and explain new technology
* Thrive in a team-oriented environment
* Curious and able to understand a wide range of industry applications
