Position Overview – Sales Development Representative / Account Manager (SDR/Account Manager)

As an SDR Manager within demand

Drive's Enterprise Sales Service division, you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing successful sales development programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from start‑ups to Fortune 500 companies. Your primary focus will be leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed client goals. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects.

You will help identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and align client goals with agency offerings.

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and demand

    Drive, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Client Success on program strategy and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain consistent internal communication on program progress and identify areas where additional support or resources are needed to ensure success.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Proactively address client concerns and develop strategies to drive their success.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Provide consistent coaching and mentorship to SDRs, utilizing internal sales coaching teams and AI role‑playing tools to enhance performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and excellence.
Sales Enablement and Resource Development
  • Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists for Sales Development Teams by leveraging tools such as Zoom Info, Cognism, Linked In Sales Navigator, and custom research methods.
  • Develop and refine talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to maximize engagement and achieve high response rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Project Oversight
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, development, marketing, sales) to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Monitor project performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
Account Growth and Sales
  • Leverage your sales expertise to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend agency solutions that align with their goals.
  • Work with the sales and business development teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards within various CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce (SFDC) and Hub Spot, with the flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Oversee CRM buildouts, including reporting and dashboard creation, to ensure seamless integration with client processes and transparency into our team’s activity and outcomes.
