Senior Account Executive – Audiovisual (AV) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships within assigned territories. This role leads the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, contract execution, and post‑sale coordination. The role partners closely with clients to understand their enterprise‑level needs, budget constraints, and project goals, developing comprehensive technology integration solutions and collaborating with engineering, project management, and field teams to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts

What We’re Looking For
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of consultative sales experience in audiovisual (AV)/IT or related technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of AV/IT products, systems, and integration processes
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent opportunities to closure
  • Experience managing enterprise or large‑scale client accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue high‑value market opportunities
  • Self‑driven with strong organizational and territory management skills
